My name is Nicolas Ghirlando and I'm a London-based food stylist, food photographer and recipe writer.

I started more than 15 years ago as an assistant food photographer, having studied Fine Art at Canterbury. My passion for food led to me becoming a chef (including being a personal chef and two years at Coq d'Argent), food stylist and writer.

These days I am kept very busy with the styling, photography and writing for some of the country’s leading publications, suppliers and retailers.
