My name is Nicolas Ghirlando and I'm a London-based food stylist and food and recipe writer.
I started more than 15 years ago as an assistant food photographer, having studied Fine Art at Canterbury. However, my passion for food soon outweighed my passion for photography and led to me becoming a chef (including being a personal chef and two years at Coq d'Argent) and food stylist and writer.
These days I am kept very busy as a food stylist and recipe writer for some of the country’s leading publications, suppliers and retailers.
What keeps me even busier, however, are my children Noah and Maya and my wife Bee, whom all of this is for.
